Returns

We want you to be happy with your order.  If the item arrives broken, damaged, or not in the condition or size that you had expected, notify us via email (merch@jakepaul.org) to discuss a full refund. 

WE'LL COVER THE SHIPPING COST(S).  

Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It is highly recommended that you take a picture of your item upon opening it if you are not satisfied with it.  

Many items ship within 3-5 days after your purchase.  However, please be advised that some items take longer to arrive, depending on where you live in relation to our warehouses and due to busy Holidays. Read product descriptions carefully for more info or email your inquiries to merch@jakepaul.org.  

Refundable Items:

Any item that is broken or damaged upon arrival is returnable within the 30 day period.  If you are returning an item because it is broken and/or damaged upon arrival, please include a picture, screenshot, or other evidence to show that the item was defective upon arrival and email it (merch@jakepaul.org) or mail (see address below). 

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift Cards
  • Used items or garments
*All returns will be settled on a case-by-case basis

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Include the following information either via email or on paper:

1) the reason for the return (wrong size, wrong color, damaged, defective, etc)

2) Four digit order #

3) Complete name and contact email address/phone number

4) IF DAMAGED: A picture (or screenshot, emailed to merch@jakepaul.org) to show evidence of the item that was damaged/defective upon arrival

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-you got your product but it didn't arrive by promised delivery date
-any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  IF APPROVED, WE'LL COVER THE SHIPPING COST(S).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at merch@jakepaul.org.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item but a different size, a handling fee of $5 will be added to your order. Send us an email at merch@jakepaul.org and send your item to:

*We are not Fanjoy, if you send us your items(s) but ordered from Fanjoy, we cannot help you.  The Postal Service will not allow us to "return to sender." 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

***NOTICE: WE ARE NOT FANJOY NOR ARE WE AFFILIATED WITH FANJOY. 

That means if you send us your return, but you ordered it from Fanjoy, we cannot help you unless you pay us to send it back to you.  Case study: we recently received a package full of returned merch, but it was ordered from Fanjoy, not us.  We asked the postal service to "return to sender" but they will not unless we pay them the postage.  In other words, if you pay $ to send your package to us, but did not order from us, we cannot help you.
