How can these masks be used?

Our Face Masks are made from cloth, and they aren't medical equipment.

CDC suggests wearing face cloth coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain. This additional safety measure helps protect others in case you have coronavirus, but don't show any symptoms.

You should still follow other protective measures as well, and closely follow the latest recommendations from public health officials and CDC to make an informed decision about the use of these masks.

Can I customize the Face Masks?

Our goal by offering these masks is to help get as much face coverings out there as possible, considering the shortages the world is currently facing. To do that as efficiently as possible, these masks can't be customized.

Can I wash and reuse my Face Mask?

You can hand-wash the mask in warm water, or put it in a washing machine in up to 104°F (40°C). Don't use fabric softener when washing the mask. The mask can be washed up to 50 times.

Can I return or exchange the Face Mask?

Face Masks can’t be returned or exchanged due to health and hygiene reasons.

Nice, multi-purpose masks. Decent fit -however it would be helpful and practical if the hangers were a little adjustable.

So impressed with the quality. Love these breathable face masks. The fabric is so soft on your face! I will be wearing these reusable and easily washable masks during the coronavirus crisis. I will add my own protective mask replacement filters, the PM2.5 6-layered activated carbon filter ones, designed to effectively block airborne contaminants. Also very excited about innovation in textile designs with unique Silverplus® technology that prevents the growth of bacteria.
